Atelier is French for workshop
A workshop is where something gets made, by people who have made it before, with the tools already in their hands. We do not hand over a deck and wish you luck. We size the site, we run the numbers, we draw the club, we build it, and we hand you the keys. Padel arrived from Europe, but the American version of it still has to be invented, club by club and market by market. That is workshop work, and it is the only kind we do.
What we stand for
Numbers first
One team, end to end
Built for the US
Written, not verbal
We tell you a site does not work before you spend a dollar on it. A study that stops a bad project pays for itself faster than any club we build.
Site study, business plan, construction, opening day. Same people, same file, nothing redone and nobody to chase when a date slips.
European padel does not transplant. Zoning, insurance, build costs and the way members buy court time are different here, and the model follows.
Every module ends with a document you own. Take it to a bank, a board or a landlord and it stands on its own, without us in the room.
