How we work

1. Contact

2. Scoping call

3. Proposal

4. Kick-off

Tell us about your project through our contact form: location, stage, number of courts, timeline.

A short call to clarify your goals, your site and your budget, and to recommend the right entry module.

A fixed-fee proposal for each module, sized to your project. No hourly billing, no surprises.

Work starts on signature, with a 35% deposit per module. You get a single point of contact from day one.

Common questions

Do I need all modules?

No. Each module stands alone. But nothing gets redone: the site study feeds the business plan, the plan feeds the build, the build feeds the launch. One team from first sketch to opening day is how clubs open on time.

Do you sell courts?

We deliver turnkey projects, courts included, under one contract. We do not sell courts on their own: the court is the easy part, the club around it decides whether it pays.

Where do you work?

We are based in the Washington, DC area, we work across the Mid-Atlantic, and we take on projects nationwide.

How much does it cost?

Fees are fixed per module and depend on the size of your project. Tell us about it and we will send you a proposal.
